After completing an executive search, consultants from HYA are available to assist the Board and new Superintendent in developing and implementing a successful transition plan.  These services, which include a roles/goal setting workshop, facilitation of the first year superintendent’s evaluation, and mentoring support throughout the year can greatly enhance the success of the new superintendent as s/he assumes the leadership role in the organization.  The costs associated with these additional services can be adjusted based on the level of the services desired.
